A Note From heather…

I Believe I Make a Difference…

I have spent the last 34 years providing professional development and coaching for hundreds of teachers and administrators across California school districts. While I was Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum, Instruction and Technology, it was my privilege to develop a cadre of instructional coaches for our new Professional Development Center.  I believe with all my heart that teachers make an unmatched difference in the lives of children everyday.

As a teacher and reading specialist, I felt no greater joy than watching the excitement and success of each student as they learned.  As a leader in education, it has been my greatest passion to support teachers so they can motivate, engage, and inspire students to reach their fullest potential.

In retirement, it fills my heart with joy to share my experience and serve the amazing educators working  with our students today!  I share  practical, proven strategies educators can take away and use effectively in their classrooms – immediately!

If a school was permitted to have just one training, this is the one! My training will help to raise test scores for all students, decrease discipline challenges, and improve classroom rapport. You will learn how to meet students where they are and lead them where they need to be, capture attention, and promote deeper learning.

I have practical ideas I can use immediately. The trainer demonstrated great knowledge what life is like in the classroom.” Neil Hudgens.
